The Bi-Annual Maintenance Includes:
- Inspection Of indoor/outdoor Fan Motors
- Spring Condenser Cleaning And Fall Inspection
- Test all capacitors on outdoor/indoor units.
- Spring refrigerant level check and adjustment
- One filter replacement per system
- Inspection of indoor evaporator coil inspection of condensation drain for clarity
- Test heat strips on electric furnaces for proper amperage draw
- Test and inspect all safety limits
- Test and inspect sequence of operation on gas furnaces
- Inspect thermostat for proper operation
